• 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦? - We do not have regular store hours at our sugarhouse. However, you can 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 order our products online for shipping or contactless pickup.


• 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗨𝗣 - If you're in the general area and would like to pick up your order: please place your order through our website and choose "contactless pickup" before checking out. Once your order is received, we will start working on it and will email you to coordinate a pickup day and time, when it's ready.


• 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 - We're more than happy to ship your order right to your door! We ship UPS and USPS daily. If the shipping amount appears high, we welcome you to email us at dutchhillmaple@gmail.com with your shipping address and list of the items you're looking for, so we may get an exact shipping quote for you. If your order is placed and we find that the cost of shipping was less than our website calculated, we will refund you the difference.

• WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE (OR GIFT CERTIFICATE NUMBER)? - On the "My Cart" page, you'll see an "Enter your promo code/certificate #" field at the bottom of the screen. Enter it there and watch your discounts be applied!

• WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED? - If your order arrives damaged in any way, please take pictures of the box and contents as you received them. These pictures will help us file a claim with UPS or USPS. Upon receiving pictures of the damage (please email to dutchhillmaple@gmail.com), we are happy to offer a refund or ship replacement items.


• 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 - Our general order turnaround is 1 to 3 business days. Quite often we're able to do next day or even sometimes same day service, however, we may run into a case of needing to make another batch of this or that, which could push things into another day. We may also need time to put together certain items, such as gift baskets/boxes, which are made to order. Although we do often work on the weekends, we reserve the right to take some time off to enjoy the family life. :)

**Please note, our turnaround time is often extended during the holiday season due to a higher order volume.
